'Palsambleu' is composed of Cabernet Franc from Les Poyeux, a legendary plot from within Saumur that has been around since 1802. The vines were tended to by the same folks who tend the parcels for Clos Rougeard – in short, these grapes are something special. Beautiful, bold, and spicy with plenty of peppery characteristics, this bottle of Cabernet Franc can hang out in your cellar for a bit and reveal all its beauty.
