Bright and energetic, with crunchy tannins and focused acidity, giving notes of red apples, blood oranges and raspberry bush.
The 2024 Pinot has excellent concentration and depth, with a beautiful core of deep, sweet red cherry, raspberry and cranberry fruit layered with savory herbs, earth and spice. This vintage has an unmistakable whole-cluster character, and the stems are exceptionally well judged, adding aromatic lift, spice, and complexity without ever becoming green or dominating the fruit. The wine has good richness, but it remains elegant and energetic, with fresh acidity, fine tannins, and a long, savory finish. Most impressive is its sense of place: this is unmistakably Big Table Farm and unmistakably Willamette Valley, combining generous fruit with the earthy, savory character and freshness that make Oregon Pinot Noir so compelling. This is a lovely bottle of Pinot Noir and, in our view, among Big Table Farm's strongest examples.
