Alvaro Palacios is one of the founding fathers of modern era Priorat, and his Finca Dofi is based upon primarily Garnacha and roughly 5% Cariñena. Like his L’Ermita, Dofí combines power and richness with great breed and finesse. In most Priorat tastings that do not include L’Ermita, Dofí is the clear winner.
