This is quite something with a ton of red-plum candy, mince pies, Christmas cake and cherry liqueur springing from the glass. Big and bold on the full-bodied palate, which frames lots of succulent fruit and muscular, modern-styled tannins.

One of only three producers making Barolo in Scarrone di Mandorlo within Castiglone Falletto. These hilltop, steep organic vineyards are closest to the village and named after the Almond trees that thrive here. The varied soils yield Nebbiolo of depth and intensity combined with elegance.
