Traditional carbonic gamay from the beau. Soil is decomposed rocks and granite(schist and marl). ripe dark cherry, raspberry, pink peppercorn, violet, and forest floor.

100% Gamay from Fleurie lieu-dit Grand Pré which is on a plateau located at the crossroad between Chiroubles, Fleurie and Morgon.

50 year old vines. Made with carbonic maceration and aged in 5-15 year old barrel for 10-12 months.

There are no additions or subtractions during the winemaking, and the wines age in old barrels for 10-12 months.
