Property of the Ballande family for about 200 years, this vineyard is one of the last to remain located in the commune of Villenave d'Ornon. The property is in the first geographical circle of the Pessac-Léognan appellation, with Haut-Brion and Pape Clément. It is one of the last vineyards to be situated at the gateway to Bordeaux less than 7 kilometres.
