The wines produced at Cámbrico are all made from 40 to 100 year-old-vines. No herbicides, insecticides or chemical fertilizers are used. The vineyards are ploughed by horse and the grapes are harvested completely by hand. 43% Rufete, 42% Tempranillo, 15% Garnacha Beautiful bright cherry red. Complex aromas of red fruit, fresh flowers, mineral notes and hints of toasted wood. Full bodied structure with a long finish.
