A rare treasure from the island of Sardegna. A traditional red blend of Carignano (70%), Cannonau (20%), Bovale (10%). The Carignano comes from 100-year-old vines that are generous with aromatic and textural complexity. Inspired by the prehistoric Nuragic civilization, the wine evokes daydreaming of long-lost ancient worlds. The blend intensifies the aromatics, the taste is structured, full, and lengthy. Unfiltered Wine. 2,000 bottles handcrafted per annum.

The blend enhances the aromatic profile of the grapes, giving the wine a marked complexity. After a slow fermentation on the skins, carried out in small steel containers for a period of about 20 days, it is aged in French oak barrique for a period of 3 years followed by an important refinement in the bottle lying down for at least 1 year (necessary to express the wide and intense bouquet of perfumes).
