The Atha Ruja winery set out to resurrect a vineyard from antiquity in order to express the Cannoanu grapes' true origins, flavors, and textures. There are no fertilizers added to the soil and the winery is in the process of obtaining organic certification. The grapes are hand-harvested and grown in the alberello method. This Cannonau is produced at 7,000 bottles per year in order to express an honest Cannonau, true to origins, with maximum concentration, precise power, and exotic Mediterranean fruits and herbs of the territory.
