This wine is pressed by foot in traditional lagars with the skins left to macerate for three days. Fermentation begins in stainless steel vats before spending time in cement eggs and chestnut barrels. No sulfur added no fining or filtration.

This wine has a concentrated bouquet of aromas and flavors, with a juicy and pleasantly round palate. Its structure is supported by dry tannins and vibrant acidity.
