The core ingredients are hand-selected peels of Sicilian avocados, lemons, and oranges, infused in neutral spirit along with wild herbs native to Sicily. Even the water used is from a local spring. Expect a unique blend of bitter, spice, and sweet.
Unico Amaro is made with the methods and attentions of the past. After a careful selection and after having peeled them one by one by hand, we put the fresh peels to infuse with wild herbs and alcohol. Then we add fresh water from Sicilian springs. As soon as our liqueur is ready, it is bottled one bottle at a time, in a long but quality process. To make UNICO we don't use artificial flavors, preservatives, additives and caramel. Each bottle, even if imperceptibly, will always different from any other, confirming the craftsmanship that distinguishes it.
