Amaro Camatti is a Genovese specialty, first made by Umberto Briganti in 1923 and named after his wife. After disappearing from the market for several decades, Stefano and Camilla acquired the rights to produce Amaro Camatti in 1994, remaining faithful to the original (and secret) recipe of Umberto.
