"A mild skin contact wine, notes of citrus peel, mild acid, very easy drinking. Sustainably farmed in France."
An orange wine is a wine made from what grapes and vinified like a red, with maceration of the solid parts. To do this we have chosen a blend of several grape varities (Viognier, Chardonnay, Muscat, Gewurztraminer and Petit Manseng) so that strength and delicacy can be found side by side.
Coming from the Languedoc region, our grapes come from several terroirs: -Alluvial deposits and rolled pebbles for the Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer plots. -Very stony clay-limestone for the plots of Viognier, Muscat and Petit Manseng.
All the grape varities were vinified separately using the traditional method, macerlation like red grape varities. Vatting for 4 to 8 days depending on the grape variety, with thermoregulated temperatures.
