Mash bill composed of 95% Rye and 5% Malted Rye, all non-GMO
Open top, sour mash fermentation
Twice distilled; the first run in a Vendome copper column still followed by second distillation in a copper continuous doubler
Aged a minimum of four years in 53-gallon toasted and charred oak barrels
Produced with water sourced from a high-mineral, limestone-fed aquifer located directly beneath the distillery
