The nose has a beautiful bouquet both floral and fruity, accompanied by the pale yellow color typical of the Sauvignons blancs of the Centre Loire. The palate is blunt, with a fine roundness and a persistent finish. In short, a wine that has a beautiful tension and a magnificent balance.
This cuvée will accompany perfectly aperitifs, seafood or fish, not to mention the goat cheeses of the region.
