93 Burghound " Once again, the expressive nose is elegant, pure and airy with its emphasis on floral elements, especially acacia and lilac, that add breadth to the cool green apple and sliced fennel aromas. There is excellent volume to the markedly intense and stony medium-bodied flavors that conclude in a bright, balanced and wonderfully long finish where a touch of tannic edge progressively emerges.
