Les Vigneron du Castelas Tranquille Pinard is a light and easy-drinking red wine made from Grenache and Syrah grapes grown on limestone clay vines in the Southern Rhône Valley. Born during the COVID-19 pandemic, this wine is meant to be enjoyed for its conviviality. The grapes are machine-harvested, destemmed, and macerated on the skins for 5 weeks before fermenting at cool temperatures. Aged in concrete vats, the wine offers aromas of red fruit and a fresh, light palate. Enjoy it chilled with tomato salad, shrimp cocktail, or a barbecue.
