Simone Santini, a trained wine technician and owner of this small and beautiful estate, planted his first vineyard in 1986 and started to vinify in 1993. The estate has grown grapes following organic practices. An extremely modern cellar was built. All Simone's efforts have always been directed towards producing high quality wine and one can see the results! The estate is certified organic for viticulture since the 1995 vintage. Since 2008 the estate is also certified by the US NOP (National Organic Program) for wine produced with organically grown grapes.
