This is a unique tequila in many ways — the distiller is female, as is most of her staff. They only make a reposado tequila, which they age in old Jack Daniels barrels. Hand-blown recycled glass.

Limited inventory

Base Ingredients : 100% Blue Webber agave from the Highlands of Jalisco.
Processing : The agave are roasted in a traditional horno for 24 hours, then allowed to rest for another 24 hours, then crushed using a rollermill.
Fermentation : Open air fermented without temperature control.
Maturation : 8 months.
