This batch comes from a parcel located in the commune of Saint-Bris-Des-Bois (17), on the Fins Bois terroir. Aged for forty years in French oak barrels, Fanny Fougerat has selected these eaux-de-vie for their delicacy and comforting aromas.

Fanny Fougerat is a fourth generation distiller. Her family had been selling to the big houses that dominate Cognac; she is the first in her family to bottle her own cognac, and is currently the only woman doing so.
