The Domaine des Sarcelles is above all a family adventure, now led by the 2nd and 3rd generations.

Located in the northern part of the Sancerre vineyard, in the village of Sainte-Gemme-en-Sancerrois, the Domaine des Sardelles is a family estate producing terroir-driven wines in the Sancerre appellation and within the Val de Loire IGP.​

With a focus on respecting the plant material, our terroir, and our wines, we adopt a minimally interventionist approach both in the vineyard and the cellar. Our vineyard is also currently undergoing a conversion towards organic agriculture.

In line with our commitment to respecting the fruit and pursuing quality, our harvests are entirely carried out by hand.
