Vineyards & Viticulture:
A one-hectare, 66-year-old vineyard site. Selection massale. Hillsides with south-southwest exposure, 270 meters above sea level. In conversion to organic farming.
Harvest & Vinification:
Fermented for about 20 days in stainless steel vats and barrels with native yeast. Aged for eight months, 80% tanks and 20% in new barrels from the forest at Bouzeron (Forêt de Fontaine), then blended.
