Meet your new favorite Pet-Nat. This is an aromatic blend of Muller-Thurgau and Gelber Muskateller from organic vineyards in Nahe, grown and produced by the Ebert brothers. Bright, fresh and easy with ripe tropical fruit and a mouthwatering finish.

Hand harvest off of steep slopes. No chemicals in the vineyard. Macerated for 12 hours. Natural fermentation in 2500L stainless steel tanks. Bottled with about 12g/l of residual sugar. Second fermentation in the bottle at about 20 degrees Celsius for 3 weeks.
