Aromas of blackberry pie, blueberry, sweet spices and milk chocolate, resulting in a smooth and lengthy wine.
This shiraz was picked from vines planted between ten and twenty years ago in coastal McLaren Vale. The berries were harvested on multiple days to pick perfectly ripe fruit before pressing and fermentation, followed by aging in old (1-3yr) American and French hogsheads.
Three years in barrel before release. Unfined. Vegan friendly!
