The Scully family have been growing barely for 300 years on their family estate on the cliffs of Clonakilty on the southern tip of Ireland. The Scully family are the founders of Clonakilty distillery and fully involved at all aspects of planning, production, sourcing of raw materials, growing grain, etc. They were inspired by the natural beauty of the home in on the southern Ireland. The Atlantic coastal air and sea spray surrounds the distillery site and interacts with every process of the whiskey from the cultivation of barley to the maturing vaults. Clonakilty Irish Whiskey is an expression of the natural heritage of the Scully family home.
