Very focused and intense. The palate is extremely well balanced with a powerful opening, very saline and so full of energy. Enormous weight and presence toward the finish. This is an outstanding Chevalier-Montrachet from Jadot.”

Full-bodied, layered and multidimensional, it's satiny and structured, with a ripe but chiseled profile that exemplifies the vintage at its best.”

Decanter: 95 points “Les Demoiselles is next to the main block of Chevalier, above both Montrachet and the lieu-dit Le Cailleret, and the Jadot holding is 0.51ha. The fruit is gently pressed, then fermented and aged in cask to produce this superb white, with aromas that vary from ripe apple and citrus fruit to flinty minerality, plus a touch of well-integrated, buttery, oak spice. There is firm but not shrill acidity and enough extract to bring everything into balance. Drinking Window 2021 - 2025.”
