A blend of 76% Sauvignon Blanc and 24% Sémillon fermented & aged in oak barrels for 8 months.

Flattering, with a brioche note framing a core of yellow apple, salted butter and mirabelle plum. Shows nice underlying tension for balance, too. Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Drink now through 2024. 1,650 cases made, 100 cases imported.
