100% Pinot Meunier, 60-70% from a single vintage, with the remainder from solera aged, reserve wines. Primary fermentation in stainless steel with native yeasts. Secondary fermentation with pied de cuve. Malolactic occurs naturally.

Aging on lees for 6 years. 5 g/l dosage.
