Ballyhoo is a 4 year old grain Irish whiskey which has been finished in a port cask. Subtle sweet caramel nose with floral finish.When you taste it, you get some nice notes of vanilla with some hints of spice and subtle wood from the bourbon casks and some sweetness from the port. It lingers long, warm and ever so smooth, despite being light in body.
