This is a beautiful, low-intervention grower Champagne made by a former professional dancer and her partner who decided to abandon the stage in exchange for tending their family vineyard plots across Champagne. Grown using Biodynamic principles and a delicate touch in the cellar, their wines are overflowing with delicious personality.

The current generation winemaker was a prima ballerina before taking over the winemaking at the family domaine. She has been making dynamic changes from planting to marketing and you can feel her persistence and dedication upon first sip.
