Aurora was formed by a group of friends in the 70s they farm biodynamically.

Their estate is comprised of vines, olive grows, fruit trees, and wild plants.

The basis of this product is mainly composed of the Pecorino made by Aurora, the Timorasso of the United Valleys, the Mantonico of the Acino and the Chardonnay of La Viranda. A wine synonymous with celebration and lightness
