A blend of four coastal vineyards representing cool climate Syrah from California: 57% comes from Rancho Arroyo Grande Vineyard in the SLO Coast AVA; and from the Sonoma Coast AVA: 24% Baker Lane, 12% Solas Vineyard, and 7% Clary Ranch.
Viticulture: All vineyards farmed using organic and sustainable methods
Vinification: The grapes were fermented using 100% whole cluster with native yeasts
Aging: The blend was aged 30% in concrete tank, one 360 gallon foudre, and 33 neutral French oakfor 10 months. Bottled unfined and unfiltered
