The process requires three important stages: infusion of plant and spice alcohol in a cold bath, and distillation in alambic and slow settling (which takes place without clarifying agents). The choice of raw materials is fundamental: the fragrances and flavors of our handcrafted pastis derive from the exclusive use main alcohol combined with a mixture of selected plants and spices, predominantly from organic farming. Plants grown in the Cuneo valleys, wild herbs gathered on the mountains, exotic spices and Fair Trade brown Mascovado sugar make Argalà a pleasant combination of stories and flavors from around the world.
