A full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon from Southern Australia. Selected from two vineyards in within McLaren Vale. Mature vines between 25-45 years old. Concentrated red fruit and a toasty vanilla note from aging in French oak barrels.

Perfumed nose showing dark berry fruit with a hint of chocolate and roasted nuts. Layers of dark berry fruit coat the palate. Rich and concentrated, with a beautiful mouth coating texture. Flavors of blackcurrant, bitter dark chocolate, an earthy undertone with roasted nuts and lingering spice.
