Kisi is a dry amber wine, produced from specially selected Kisi grapes using 8000-year-old tradition from the Georgian village of Manavi, located in Sagarejo Region. It’s been fermented in clay jugs (qvevri) for 6 months, the wine color turns into amber. The full-bodied and well-balanced wine is rich with tannins. It’s easy to recognize tones of dried fruits and black pepper in the wine. Goes well with Georgian traditional cuisine and greasy food.
