Domaine du Castel is an Estate West of Jerusalem at an altitude of 2400FT. Planted at a density of 6700 vines per hectare produce very small yields. Grapes are handpicked aged 12 months on lees in Frnech oak. Aroma is fruity with a hint of flint and roasted almonds. The palate is complex and round with plenty of yellow tropical fruit and citrus.
