Davide Bana's Cà Bianche winery is located at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level on the Rhaetian side of the Alps. The particular exposure, the many hours of light and a very high temperature swing during the months of October and November are an advantage for the production of wine. He ages in large and small oak barrels with a subsequent refining in stainless steel and then bottled after 5-6 years. He works only with Nebbiolo.
