Small batch whiskey made from New York State Rye aged in 10 gallon charred American Oak barrels. Largely 18 month old rye mixed with a smaller volume of 6 month old rye. The older rye brings rich oak flavors and nice rye spiciness while the younger rye brings fresh grain flavors forward. Van Brunt Stillhouse is a microdistillery located in Red Hook, Brooklyn. They produce carefully crafted spirits by selecting the finest ingredients available to lovingly create truly small batch spirits. All of their products are distilled on site in their facility.
