Label Series: Healing & Nourishment
This year, I've been captivated to learn more about plants and their healing properties. Knowing that flowers growing wild in the meadow can aid in digestion or support the immune system makes me feel like the world is friendly and full of abundance if we take time to notice. The labels are chamomile, reishi, and elderberry, all of which thrive on my land here in the PNW.
