Monsieur Sirech enjoys the freedom of merging terroirs while blending top quality wines from different regions in France. The wine undergoes a cold vinification process, and sees no oak. The elegance of an outstanding gravelly terroir is combined to the fruity aromas coming from a siliceous plateau overlooking the Pyrenees.
