THE WINEMAKERS:
The brothers' 'Occhio al Bianco' centers on Tai Bianco, the local moniker for Grenache Blanc, with the addition of a small percentage of Garganega.
Siemàn means ``six hands`` in Veneto dialect.
"We are three brothers, Marco, Daniele, Andrea Filippini. Coming from completely different professional backgrounds, we found ourselves sharing the same passion."
WINEMAKING:
Spontaneous fermentation occurs in Acacia wood, with a short, 3-5 day maceration on the skins drawing some additional density from the fruit without edging the wine too deeply into ‘skin contact’ territory.
