Color: Bright golden yellow. Nose: Candied, well ripened fruit with aromas of spices, saffron, and cinnamon. Palate: Very full and generous, with notes of dried currants, spices and cinnamon. Château Biac is the home of Tony and Youmna Asseily and their three children: Yasmina, Gabriel, and Antonia. Together the family refurbished the 14-hectare estate in 2006. The team at Biac works with as many vats as they have plots in the vineyard, and practices sustainable viticulture. The Secret de Chateau Biac is their sweet wine, made in the traditional Sauternes method and barrel aged in French oak barrels for 14 months.
