With Raspberry Jam Sesh, Sap House challenged itself to create a mead that was reminiscent of jam or preserves, not in consistency, but taste. An idea that sounds great on paper, but rather difficult in execution. Honestly, did you have any doubts though? It’s stunning how Sap House was able to achieve this kind of a flavor profile with only three ingredients: water, honey and raspberries. This tastes like raspberry jam/preserves, but is light and refreshing. Deep, bold and wholesome raspberries lead the way on the nose and palette. Tart and sweet, with a silky smooth and clean finish.
