Our Mango Brandy is truly unique, as it is not a traditional eau de vie fruit. Made using mangoes from Mexico and a production method similar to our other brandies, it is able to capture the full essence of the fruit itself. The nose is intoxicating and strong, and the spirit leaves a long lasting mango flavor. It is dry, bright, and clean, and works well with a wide range of flavor profiles. Mangoes grow in tropical locations around the globe, but they vary in varietal and flavor in every region.
Our mangoes are sourced from Mexico and have a peak growing season January-February which allows us to process the brandy during our quieter winter months. The mango varietal is typically juicy and tender, and grows abundantly in Mexico, Ecuador, and Peru.
