Tannins are sweet and never aggressive, giving the wine great pleasantness and drinkability. Separate fermentation activated by pied de cuve in stainless steel tanks and vinification at a controlled temperature. Half of the mass ages on its lees in stainless steel while the other half in french tonneaux for 9 months.
