This will stand up to the great premier crus of Burgundy! Pure Albariño from the Salnés valley from very old vines which ferments in stainless steel and ages in contact with the lees for three months and then rests in vat for a further 18 months before bottling. It is subtle, elegant and balanced, with some leesy, yeasty notes, very harmonious. The palate is supple, mixing a salty sensation with ripe yellow fruit flavors and and some yeasty, cereal notes. An Albariño of character. They have just purchased and egg-shaped cement vat for the following vintages of this wine. 3,500 bottles.
