The true expression of the House style. Elegant, fresh, light, well-balanced with good length, this is the perfect celebration champagne. Blend: 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier, with around 20% reserve wine. 20 different villages are used, based on vineyards in Cumières, Damery, Hautvillers and Verneuil. On the nose the aromas are fine, delicate and complex, with notes of apple and pear. Fresh attack, lots of life, and is yet supple, round and most refreshing on the finish.
The House of Champagne Joseph Perrier was established in 1825, and has been under the ownership of the same family (Pithois) since 1888. Now in the very capable hands of Jean-Claude Fourmon, a direct descendent of Paul Pithois, Joseph Perrier own roughly 21 hectares of vineyards on the Northern Slopes of the Valle de la Marne, which satisfies 30% of their production and ensures consistency and quality.
