Georgian Royal Wines, Kisi Qvevri, Amber Wine, 2020 is a dry wine, composed of specially selected Kisi grapes and produced using the 8000-year old Qvevri (clay pot) technique. The wine is fermented in qvevri over a 6 month period with skin and cluster contact. As a result it becomes an amber/orange color. This full-bodied and well- balanced wine is rich with texture and there are beautiful notes of dried fruits and black pepper on the nose and palate. Pairs well with Georgian cuisine and makes a fantastic meal-opener to go along with cheeses, charcuterie and spreads.
