Domaine de Laballe is an 8 generation estate, owned and operated by the Laudet family. For nearly 200 years the family been producing traditional Armagnacs on their estate in the Bas Armagnac region. All phases of the production from grape growing and cultivation to distillation, aging and bottling are performed on the estate. The wood-stoked copper still they use has been in service since 1923. The products they produce are full of character and are a labor of family pride and tradition. Characteristics : Eye : A beautiful coppery, orange color, with a nice light and a smooth texture. Noze : this vintage offers delicacy and elegance. Its complex aromatic palette is composed by Tokaji, apricot, peat, smoky and herbaceous notes Mouth : A crisp attack with fruits aromas accompanied by lightly peat and herbaceous notes. The finale is long with great integrated tannins
