The cellars of Domaine Cheveau are situated in the hamlet of Solutré-Pouilly in the heart of the appellation of Pouilly-Fuissé.

This bottling is made from a parcel of Chardonnay located in the area between the Beaujolais and the Maconnais and is mostly of volcanic origin.

The wine is aged in neutral oak for eleven months before undergoing a light filtration at bottling.
